West Cliffs Resort was carefully designed to include multiple residential, leisure and wellness offerings to suit your every day need. The Resort, properties and golf course were designed to be integrated in the landscape, in harmony with the natural environment and maintaining the eco system sustainability. The Resort is committed to reducing the impact of its activities on the environment, serving as an example of good environmental and social practices, and as a means of dissemination to its associates, clients and guests. For this reason, in 2022 it was awarded the Green Key Award, an international award that promotes sustainable tourism in Portugal, sponsored by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). West Cliffs Resort started its project in 2015, opening the Golf Course and the Club House restaurant in 2017. Since then, the construction of numerous properties began, and the tourist operation of these properties took place in 2020. The Resort is currently under construction and the final project of the development foresees the construction of 469 accommodation units, two 5-star hotels and several spaces for complementary services and leisure. Imagine yourself waking up to a breathtaking view that stretches across the green of our West Cliffs Golf Links course and the immensity of the blue Atlantic Ocean, overlooking the city of Nazaré, the city of Peniche and the spectacular landscapes of the Berlenga Island. Imagine walking throughout our trail, within our Resort, surrounded by natural beauty within the scents of the pine trees and lavender flowers.
This package includes:
- 3, 4 or 7-Night stay in 3-BEDROOM VILLA (shared by 6 people)*;
- Daily buffet breakfast;
- 2, 3 or 5 Golf rounds at the courses WEST CLIFFS, ROYAL ÓBIDOS, GUARDIAN BOM SUCESSO and PRAIA D´EL REY;
- Free shuttle service between the resort and golf courses;
- Other number of nights / room type: on request in CHECK AVAILABILITY.
It is also possible to stay in other types of villa / apartment, from 2 bedrooms, on request.

- All rates are presented in EUROS and per Person, unless otherwise stated, sharing a Standard Double or Twin Room, including Buffet daily breakfast.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION COSTS
- Booking cancellation or changes made with more than 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival: Cancellation is Free.
- Booking cancellation or changes made between 30 (thirty) and 7 (seven) days before the arrival: Release dates are specific for each Hotel Unit and information regarding cancellation costs will be provided with your booking confirmation.
- Booking cancellation or changes made after 7 days before the arrival: 100% of the total rate cost will be charged.
- No show: 100% of the total rate cost will be charged.
